I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a Lupa phone case I purchased. Within a short period of normal use, the rubber edges have begun peeling, and the threading is coming loose, which indicates a clear quality issue.

I reached out to your help desk over one month ago by sending two messages, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication is concerning and disappointing.

I chose your product based on its advertised durability and quality, and unfortunately, it has not met those expectations.

At this point, I am requesting one of the following resolutions:
• A replacement phone case, or
• A full refund

Please let me know how you would like to proceed. I am happy to provide photos, proof of purchase, or any additional information needed.

I would appreciate a response within 7 business days.

Material was nice, but the construction of the actual product was poor compared to the preview photos; the back paneling was attached crookedly, and the cover fits loosely over the front.

I had a Lula wallet case for my iPhone 8 Plus and used it more frequently than more protective cases. The phone lasted 7 years with no significant cosmetic damage. The 16 Pro Max case seems just as good. The only issue is it is not truly MagSafe but instead uses a circular cut out - hopefully this works well.
