Horrible experience

I received an obviously defective case and reached out right away to have it replaced. After a couple days with no response, I reached out again. Still nothing. I went to the website and tried the “contact us” link since obviously replying to the order email wasn’t working. When that didn’t work I went to their Instagram and clicked the “email me” button to see if that connected me to someone willing to respond.
At that point someone reached out to say the color I ordered is out of stock but I can pick a different color. Ok, getting somewhere!
I replied with my second color choice.
…Then got ghosted again. I’ve now followed up twice to see if the alternate color was ever sent??
Still nothing.
I have had several Lupa Legacy phone cases so I know I do like the case. In this instance it is the complete lack of customer service that has me researching other brands to go with in the future.
